It's been a while since I've posted.  The kids and I have spent most of the last 3 months at my mom's house helping her with some health problems.  On one of the few days we had at home, Anneliese turned 6 and had a fairy birthday party.  Here she is in her birthday dress I sewed for her.  She wanted her hair put in curlers the night before. 



We also came home for a day so she could have surgery on her eyes again.  She did great and is seeing better already. 

We've been home for a couple weeks now and it's been busy, busy, busy.  We've been to the zoo, twice, and the Pacific Science Center, as well as many trips to the library and park.  My garden is growing and we've been harvesting lettuce, spinach, chard, peas, carrots and beets.  The broccoli is almost ready to harvest.



Trevor is doing great.  His imagination has exploded lately and he is always telling us stories about his trip to the future and what he has seen there.



I am really happy to be home.

• Anneliese has her first loose teeth
• Homeschooling is going awesome
• Gary got laid-off and we've been enjoying having him home for the last two weeks
• I was diagnosed with syncope and am waiting for an EEG to determine if it's epilepsy
• Everyone is healthy and happy
• Lots and lots of reading
• Planning lots of fun field trips
• Getting ready to grow our own vegetables again
• Watching Trevor turn into a really cool little boy
• New bookshelves have helped us declutter and get more organized
• Lots of great thrift store finds
